DEPOSITS are required but you can opt for UPFRONT FULL PAYMENTS(optional) which is NON-REFUNDABLE, ONLY SERVICE CREDIT.
If other deposit type is specified in description, this applies to all clients and is expected via same contactless payment methods.

ONLINE BOOKING HOLD REQUIRES CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. THIS IS NOT CHARGED UNLESS A CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOW or LATE FEE IS NEEDED DUE TO POLICY VIOLATION.

**SQUARE FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR CARD PROCESSING. TYPICALLY 3.5%**
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, LATE & NO SHOWS
We understand things happen that are sometimes out of our control. Accommodations will not be made if the following time periods are reached, resulting in 100% of services charged.
CANCELLATIONS
require at least 24 HOURS prior to scheduled appointment.
RESCHEDULES
may be requested between 12 - 24 HOURS
prior to scheduled appointment
FULL PREPAYMENT REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY & rebooked within 7 days
NO SHOW'S
will be CHARGED 100% for all services scheduled. Future appointments will require PREPAYMENT.

Policy violations will require prepayment for
ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

LATE POLICY
10 MINUTE grace period
Tardiness pushes every appt afterward causing unfair wait times. Subjected to cancellation at providers discretion if need be.

AFTER 15 MIN LATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% & A NEW BOOKING REQUIRED.
TIME OF THE MONTH?
You may still be serviced for intimate areas while on your Menstrual Cycle, with the exception of using a Tampon during your appointment. In the event bodily fluids (Blood) becomes present, your service will be ended at that time. Depending on how far into the service we have reached, you will be charged accordingly.
